I am so happy to have found Tim Simpson at D'zine Agency! Our start-up company, which creates stickers for big and small ski-board resorts, was looking for a graphic designer. With so many to choose from we ended up using what we thought was a great referral. We were in a huge time crunch and needed to present our samples to a prospective new account Pats Peak Resort in early November so we hired our designer in early September. We provided our designer with what we believed to be very clear guidelines on what we were looking for and for two months received design after design that were so off the mark. I met with our designer on further occasions to discuss our needs, gave unlimited feedback, sent examples, and still, 25 plus designs later we finally received three stickers we were unhappy with but had to utilize as time was up.

Needless to say, we didn't get the account and the stickers were referred to as "lame." Fortunately we were given a second chance. After sorting through 150 plus responses on Craigslist I responded to one person, Tim Simpson. The best decision our company has ever made! We met the next day and 16 hours later not only did we have six amazing designs in multiple colors and fonts as requested but he went one step further and created branded apparel to present. This was a goal we discussed with him that wasn't even on our radar for several months!

What took two months, hours of conversation, an incredible amount of work on our part, multiple meetings, and a lot of money for unusable samples and a ding to our reputation; Tim and D'zine Agency not only delivered but exceeded our expectations with an outstanding product in less than one day after one meeting and on his first attempt at an affordable price!

Not only do we have an amazing new designer but a huge new account!
